The hardcore 4×4 and 4×2 Desert Runner is designed to cope with the worst terrains found in Africa. It is made from seamless steel tubing 3 mm thick, cladded with 1.6 mm sheet metal to create a very strong framework. The tailgate and doors can be removed completely for loading awkward items. Zinc primers and industrial top coats provide thorough rust protection; industrial polyurethane is used to treat the whole underbody, loading bay, engine compartment, and interior to preserve its long lasting, never ending strength.
